I hope you continue to have outages then if it gets you to create stuff like this. Very moody, the lighting is really effective, as is your very restricted color pallete. The slight glow around the girl and bed is just enough to enunciate, and not detract. One complaint on the composition: since she's in her room, but the room's walls are gone, there's no real extra creepiness from them looking in the window, they could just as easily be looking around the broken wall. If you could somehow separate the two worlds (inside room and outside), while keeping the torn away wall, it would make for a stronger focus on the beings peering in the window, and be overall more powerful I think.

It's definitely creepy. I like the idea of having just that one wall, makes it seem like there's nothing to protect her, or does she need protection at all? some critiques: there are some parts of this that seemed like cut-outs, like the mattress and the curtain rod. The color could be more varied too. I could just see a little pink in the girl's skin, to make her stand out more. Other than that, awesomely creepy.

it's excellent! but the only thing i don't like about this piece is the girl's body from her shoulders downward, mayb u should highlight the outer most of her arms to make her look more 3D, because she looks pretty flat rite now...unless that was done on purpose excellent piece

I really like it, though I think it feels like it's, ehm... fake-3d. The lightning creates a feeling of "layers". You know those books that contains pop-up images? Reminds me of those. The bed feels like one layer, the girl like the next, and the wall like a third. The rest of the picture is somewhat less layerish. I think the effect is created by the slight glow around the girl, bed, and wall. I'd really like to see this one without that glow, but that's just me. +6/7

And I think pillows are last things to talk about.Man, that is a fantasy picture you can't ask "why?"And the window idea is great.It makes it definetley more creepy. Great work. I love the overall concept and the limitations in the colors used in this piece. The only critique I would pass on beyond what has already been said.... I believe you lose the strength of the girl a little. I love how the tree branches, etc bring your attention toward the center and the girl. But when you get there, your attention seems to be pulled back up to the creatures in the window and not the girl. The girl appears to be slightly lost and appears a little blurred especially with the glow around her. Other than that.. nice job.
